This home is a duplex, though no walls are shared, the laundry facilities are used by both units.

We are Pet Friendly!

We allow 1 pet in this unit with a pet fee of $30. We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed or size restrictions.

Your pet needs to be well behaved, and able to play well with others as there is another unit on this property. This unit does have it's own outside area however.

The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard!
