Southern Breeze #3 is a pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a fully equipped kitchen, a full size bathroom, a patio off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.


Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I wanted to try a different area this time for vacation, and came across Southern Breeze in Perdido Key. Great location just across the road from the beach. The unit was just the right size for us. We loved the quiet area of the beach, so this was great! Response was prompt when needed! Would go back, for sure!
