The house was great and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kids loved the media room and the proximity to the lifts made it really convenient. Joe was a really good host. Would rent again for sure.
Two families traveling together found this house to be great for our needs. House was wonderful. Ski lift up a little too rickity for some and just fine for others. For those that wanted to ride in car to the resort it was a quick ride. We really enjoyed the space.
Nice big comfortable home that easily accommodated our group of 12. The kids loved the clubhouse next door for games and hot chocolate. Good communication with host who helped with any issues we had. Ski in is a little tricky and little ones ended up hiking one day because lift to clubhouse closed. Overall a great stay.
Our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. After our first night, the property manager abruptly cancelled our stay, leaving us stranded and scrambling to find last-minute accommodations. The situation was made even worse by how it was handled. The property manager was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional throughout the interaction. Most concerning, this appeared to stem from the presence of a trained service animal, which is protected under federal law through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Cancelling a stay under these circumstances is not only inappropriate but deeply concerning. As frequent travelers, we understand that issues can come up - but this was handled in a way that showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for guests.I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think twice, especially if you expect reliability or require any accommodations.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME.
