This home is so centrally located (a mile to Siesta Key, Southside Village, Sarasota Memorial Hospital; about 2 miles to Marie Selby Gardens, Sarasota Waterfront, and Downtown) AND IT HAS A POOL! Pool is heated to 82 degrees December 1st-April 30th (pool can be heated for dates outside of this range for an additional fee of $300/wk). Also, our property is authorized by the City of Sarasota to operate as a legal vacation rental. Our Certificate of Registration number is: VR24-00232.
