Wonderful stay in the cabin. Charming is a perfect name for it. Frank took great care of us and the place was perfect for what we needed. A bed, a hot plate, a coffee pot, and a perfect pondside breakfast.
What a fantastic place. Kyle and Frank were so accommodating . Our dog Finn loved the trails for running , sniffing etc. Great location and a very cool spot. Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 weeks.
It was exactly the tranquil weekend we needed and our dog loved looking out the sliding door in the morning watching the sun rise and birds moving about. Charming, was exactly that and I would come again.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here, and we loved it. Our dog Kiki was very happy with the 150 acres to explore. We can't wait to go back and stay longer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Granary! It was adjacent to two beautiful lakes and hiking and swimming opportunities are abundant. Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well and the scenery and wildlife around the Granary is amazing!
The location is beautiful, walked in the morning around the property, close to Skaneateles and family on Otisco lake. Sara was responsive, easy checkin with late arrival. Place was clean, airy, comfortable bed, quiet. Thank you once again!!
What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance! We can’t wait to come back!
We go through every year on our way to Maine with dogs, and have always found the overnight both convenient and relaxing. The dogs appreciate the space and the opportunity to walk. And the property manager has always been helpful and accommodating. It's perfect for us.
This property is a great example of re-purposing. We stayed in the "Charming" room at the back of the barn facing the pond. Everything was fine as long as you're not expecting a modern hotel. The Wi-Fi worked great. I was impressed by the nicely finished wood floors. The host greeted us and check in was simple and easy. If you like rustic and patina, you'll enjoy your stay.
This is a difficult one to rate. There was a booking mix up for the actual unit we were supposed to stay in, and we didn’t find out until 24 hours before in a simple, unhelpful email. However, when I called and got Sara the property manager on the phone, she immediately solved our problem by offering us a different (larger) unit, even though it was a big inconvenience to her. We loved the unit we stayed in - it was comfortable, rustic, and peaceful. But we can’t accurately describe the unit we had originally booked.I just wanted to leave this review to highlight our appreciation for Sara’s quick thinking and flexibility, which literally saved our vacation.
