About this property

Quiet Family sized House in a small village

House with a garden and beautiful view of valley, your perfect holiday home.
The house has 100m2. On the first floor there is a large living room with a dining area and a kitchen. There is also a main bedroom and a bathroom. Garden and outdoor dining area with a a BBQ is on the same level, next to the entrance to house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a toilet room. One bedroom is large and has two separate beds and plenty of working space. There is a large open area, suitable for children to play. There is also an access to a balcony with beautiful views of the valley. The stairs are a bit steep – you have to be careful when climbing down (best if you are turned backwards).
The house has a large private garden with BBQ and plenty of space to play. You’ll have a nice dining area for eating outside or just relaxing after spending long day hiking.
Nomenj is a small village, just few minutes from Bohinjska Bistrica, where you’ll find all stores, hospital and also some entertainment if you’d like; restaurants, bowling, ice skating, aqua park. Location offers many track paths and it is close to the ski resort of Vogel and Sorica and Aqua park with wellness (in Bohinjska Bistrica). It is only few kilometers to lake Bohinj, where you can swim and enjoy the nature. There is a waterfall Grmecica, 20min walking distance.

Great Area and a perfect House for Active Holiday

A beautiful small village and a nice and like descriped house. we travelled with 2 adults 2 childs 1 dog and we had 1 room empty. so great and very comfortable. nothing was missing. a beautiful waterfall is near the house and a pretty big one only 20 min walk away. very nice contact to the owner and active asking questions if everything was good or if we need something. loved that.

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne große Küche mit Esstisch und einem Sofa, auf dem 2 Personen gut Platz finden / liegen können. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig, das Badezimmer eher klein. Trotzdem gab es auch im Bad genug Möglichkeiten alle Handtücher aufzuhängen und alles unterzubringen. Das Haus liegt abseits/oberhalb der Hauptstraße direkt am Hang.Gleich am ersten Tag sind wir nachmittags einen 7 km langen Rundweg direkt vom Haus aus gegangen, der wunderschön war. Außerdem haben wir in den folgenden Tagen von dort aus das Skigebiet Vogel, die Vintgar und Mostnica Schlucht sowie Bled und den See Bohinji besucht. Alles sehr gut erreichbar.Da wir auch noch 6 Tage Sonnenschein hatten, war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es wird nicht unsere letzte Reise nach Slowenien gewesen sein.

Slovénie experience

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région des lacs slovène, la maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque. Avons voyagé avec notre fille de 7 ans qui a apprécié sa chambre a l étage . Avec une météo plus ensoleillée notre séjour aurait été parfait .
