Welcome to Paradise

Detached holiday home 160sqm with 2000sqm of enclosed garden.
Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet, one with a bathtub. Spectacular unobstructed view of the Julichen Alps and the Karawanken.
From the house you have a view of the castle in Bled, it is 2.5km as the crow flies from Lake Bled. Absolutely quiet and private location. Private paved access road with sufficient parking spaces in front of the house. Tasteful, country-style furnishings with a spacious kitchen offer a pleasant ambience. The rooms and bathrooms are bright and of high quality. The bedroom under the roof is completely glazed to the mountains, you wake up almost in the sky.

The house is equipped with a 10 Mbit / s internet access with WLAN, fireplace, garden furniture, awning, parasols and a Weber gas grill.

Two balconies, two spacious terraces and a large playground provide the framework for a relaxing holiday. The Triglav National Park begins a kilometer away and the incomparable Radovna flows 300m behind the house.

Despite the private location, supermarket, ATM, post office, restaurant and bus stop are within walking distance.

Hiking / trekking, mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, kayaking, rafting, mushroom picking, shopping, golfing, hunting, fly fishing and much more. In season, guests can relax at the in-house herb garden and the fruit or Use walnut trees. An absolute insider tip for nature lovers and culinary connoisseurs!

You have absolute peace at the house, but if you want you can be in the middle of Bled in a few minutes ...

This property was excellent and made our stay phenomenal! It exceeded our expectations! It had all of the modern conveniences we needed plus it was in a great location! Would highly recommend for a holiday!

Lovely location to explore northern Slovenia

Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country.

Emplacement excellent, vue paradisiaque, commodités à proximité, voisinage accueillant .. à juste titre « Bienvenue au paradis « .Idéal pour les amoureux de la randonnées pédestres et du vélo de route ou de gravelle.Propriétaire très coopératif et rapide à nous répondre. Nous recommandons l endroit sans hésitation.Les quelques points à améliorer manque de luminaires fonctionnels et une couche de peinture au balcon.

Zeer ruim vakantiehuis met prachtige , rustige ligging. Slaapkamer op bovenste verdieping heeft mooi uitzicht en was de favoriet van onze tienerzonen door de aanwezigheid van enkele fitness toestellen. Alles aanwezig maar hier en daar klein mankement (stopcontacten die niet werkten; zonneluifel werkte niet). Al bij al zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Comfortabel en ruim huis

Zeer ruim huis met veel comfort. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, is aanwezig!Rustig gelegen en toch niet ver van Bled, met top uitzicht, vooral vanuit de bovenste slaapkamer!

Ein schönes Haus mit einigen Pflege- und Sauberkeitsmängeln

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und bietet viel Platz, jedoch gab es einige Mängel in Sauberkeit und Wartung: Einige Bereiche (Küche, Dunstabzugshaube, Schränke) waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt, und es waren noch abgelaufene Essensreste von unseren Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Technisch funktionierten u. a. Lampen, Steckdosen im Bad, der Fernseher und der Toaster nicht. Auch der Rollladen über der Spülmaschine war defekt. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Der Bled er See ist nicht weit. In der Nähe gibts einen Supermarkt. Das Haus hat sich für uns sehr gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge und Tagesausflüge ins Soca Tal und zum Bohinj See. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Urlaub.

Es war wunderbar!

Wir haben die Zeit mit der Familie in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr genossen! Im Haus war ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und für die Kinder der große Garten- einfach toll! Was wir sehr geschätzt haben: Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig gut erreichbar, sodass man nicht immer das Auto gebraucht hat. Die Natur direkt vor der Haustür... Sehenswertes wie Bled/See, Vintgar, etc unweit mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt... Danke für alles!

Einfach himmlisch

Wir haben zu dritt für 10 Tage unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderbar gelegenen Haus verbracht. Es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz vorhanden, vor allem auch draussen, Kinder können sich austoben und spielen. Auf der Veranda mit Blick auf das Tal und die Berge haben wir jeden Tag unser Essen mit toller Aussicht geniessen können. Trotz Hochsommer lässt es sich aushalten, es weht immer ein erfrischender Wind :-) Zum Ort gehört auch ein Kirche mit einem Glockenspiel, das jede Viertelstunde ertönt, am Sonntagvormittag sogar ziemlich lang, aber allein durch die Lage im Tal klingt es jedesmal fantastisch, hier zu Hause fehlt es mir nun :-( Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man täglich braucht, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Highlights von Slowenien: Bled mit See, Vintgar-Klamm (gut zu Fuss erreichbar), Höhlen von Postonjna (etwas weiter weg, aber lohnt sich!) und natürlich der Triglav-Nationalpark (Bohinj See, "Vogel" und vor allem der Pericnik-Wasserfall) Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Spacious house with a magnificent view over the Bled area. Watch the sun set lying in bed on the third floor - a perfect way to start your day. The well equipped kitchen is another highlight. Very, very nice place.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt, toller Garten und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir jemals hatten...

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit weitem Blick über das Tal bis hin zur Bleder Burg. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind weit genug entfernt, um völlig ungestört zu sein, nur Kühe, Schafe und ein Esel weiden in direkter Nachbarschaft. Vor allem haben wir uns über die riesige und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse gefreut. Kurz vor unserer Ankunft gab es wohl durch Blitzschlag einen Defekt der Beleuchtung im Bad im Obergeschoss, was durch den Vermieter aber rechtzeitig vor unserer Ankunft gelöst wurde. Überhaupt war der Kontakt mit Olaf immer sehr nett und der "Check in" unkompliziert. Das Grundstück ist riesig und perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Wir waren mit mehreren Hunden unterwegs, und es ist wirklich schwierig dafür ein passendes Feriendomizil zu finden, aber auch in dieser Beziehung war Olaf sehr entspannt, und in Sachen Fliegenfischen hatte er zusätzlich noch ein paar Tipps auf Lager. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht, sagen herzlich "Danke" dafür und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Tolle Lage in einer wunderbaren Gegend

Der Blick aus dem Haus, vom Balkon und vom Garten ist einzigartig. Eine Freiheit, die innere Ruhe bringt. Lebensmittel und Bäcker in Laufentfernung. Bled ist ein touristischer Ort, aber man muss ja nicht die Hauptstraße nutzen. Ein Tip: Auf die Pokljuka fahren und wandern. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
