Pleasant stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Reka Hisa River Side, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay, making it a memorable getaway.

Climbing in Slovenië

Nicely situated at the mountainriver . Good basecamp to start our trips. Lovely terras with large squared table what resulted in teamspirit breakfasts and dinner. The kitchen could use some new pots though

Ménage mal fait , poubelles extérieures non vidées. La maison a l'air abandonnée et dans son jus, alors qu'il y a beaucoup d'améliorations à y apporter.La vaisselle accessible aux occupants n'est pas rangée dans les placards, peu d hygiène . Pas de freezer pour faire de la glace. Alors qu'il y a à disposition une cuillère à glace... Une batterie de casseroles sont accrochées dans la cuisine sans aucun couvercle correspondant. Le ponton qui surplombe la rivière s'effondre donc dangereux. Pas de saladier dans la cuisine..Le prix a pourtant augmenté de 1000 en 1 an sur les mêmes dates : aberrant. Cette maison ne reflète pas une prestation qu'on trouve en général en Slovénie. Les Slovènes sont très soucieux de la propreté et des détails qui font que la prestation générale est excellente. Même certaines serviettes fournies étaient trouées et aucun torchon à disposition. Nous avons acheter torchons et éponges...Pendant notre séjour l'intérieur d'une armoire de chambre s'est écroulé. Cette maison est vraiment laissée à l'abandon et les hôtes totalement absents...Nous ne recommandons pas cet hébergement...

Idéal pour groupe d'amis. Nous étions 8 1 enfant de 2 ans. L'endroit est calme, au bord de la rivière. Attention à l'humidité dans les chambres. La taille des chambres est correcte, mais certaines manquent d'espace de rangement.Bon à savoir : pas de congélateur !

Sommerfreizeit Slowenien

Slowenien ist wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Leckeres Essen. Unser Ferienhaus und die Lage (direkt am Fluus) war sehr schön. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Au coeur de la nature

Emplacement idéal, entre les lacs de Bled et Bohinj, en bord de rivière. Très dépaysant, propriétaires aux petits soins. Chambres séparées de l'espace commun, un peu petit pour un grand groupe. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et compense largement.

a beautiful house in wonderful nature

The house is as described very well equipped, well maintained and clean. The nature is beautiful with the mountains and the river. The owner is very nice and friendly. we really had a good time.

Das Haus ist recht schön am Fluss gelegen, aber genau zwischen der recht viel befahrenen Strasse und einer Bahntrasse. Hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Das Haus ist sauber, alles sehr einfach und gelegentlich nicht besonders "einladend", wie verschraubte Schränke und Klebeband Kreuze auf den Schränken, die man nicht anzufassen hat. Wir hatten leider Pech und es hatte eine Verstopfung in einem Bad und sehr unangenehme Gerüche. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis das behoben wurde, aber es wurde dann gelöst. Man muss wissen, dass man im Haupthaus im Privathaus des Gastgebers ist. Das ist keine Ferienwohnung im klassischen Sinn. Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett. Zusammengefasst: sauber einfach ausgestattet etwas "muffig" im Haus wir haben es für unsere Reise im Nachhinein als schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis empfunden

Manfred vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Ich freue mich, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben. Es war bedauerlich, dass Sie diesen außergewöhnlichen Regensturm erlebt haben, der das Problem mit den Abflüssen verursacht hat, wir haben seitdem Arbeiten durchgeführt, die dieses Problem lösen werden, wenn wir eine Wiederholung dieser Wetterextreme haben. Wir haben uns Ihre Kommentare über die Küche angehört und die Bänder entfernt. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses befindet sich ein Bahngleis. Sechs Züge pro Tag letzter Zug 20.30, im Sommer benutzen sie einen wunderschönen alten Dampfzug.

Wunderbare Gastgeber, schöne Lage

Wir haben uns bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt. Clive und Myrna haben uns richtig verwöhnt: mit leckerem Essen, hervorragenden Ausflugstipps (Wasserfälle, Klamm, Höhlen, Aussichtspunkte) und auch mit der Organisation von Touren (Rafting, Kajak, Fliegenfischen usw.). Wir sind als Gruppe mit 9 Personen (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder/Teens) angereist. Die DZ und das DZ mit 2 Einzelbetten haben alle einen separaten Zugang von außen und jeweils ein eigenes kleines Bad. Die Familiensuite befindet sich im Haus und verfügt ebenfalls über ein eigenes Bad. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön. Der Blick aus den Doppelzimmern auf den Fluss und den Wald ist atemberaubend schön. Wir sind Bade- und Aktivurlauber, die die Abwechslung lieben. Man kann hier viele Dinge unternehmen, die Möglichkeiten sind sehr vielseitig. Der Badesee (Bohinjsko jezero) ist nicht weit entfernt. Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank an Clive und Myrna. Wir können die Unterkunft und die herzlichen Gastgeber sehr weiterempfehlen.

house and hosts were wonderful

Myrna and Clive were great hosts: attentive, helpful, generous. We really felt at home. Breakfast was fabulous-everyone could have what he/she preferred. Dinners were delicious-something different every day. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We would have appreciated a kettle and cups in the room or in the dining area. We found the living room a bit small for 11 people. From the web site, we were under the impression that we would be on the stream shore and could jump in to the water. This wasn't the case. Nevertheless, our family had a lovely stay at Reka Hisa. Thank you Myrna & Clive

Dear Ela Thank you for your review we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay., with your lovely family. The house on the banks of the river about 7 m above with a path way down 25m. The river can rise at times by 6 m , we would flood if it was any lower.
