About this property

Detached family friendly Chalet with wonderful mountain views!

The house is on two levels. You enter into a large entrance area with plenty of space for storing shoes and other personal items!
The lower floor has a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A further two twin bedrooms with one having the option of a pull out bed for an extra guest
There is a further bedroom with a single bed which can be pulled out into a double. There is also another single bed in this bedroom.
There is a large family bathroom on this level with a double sink, toilet, shower, bath and a sauna.
Stairs take you upstairs to a wonderful light open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a pantry for storing food and other consumables.
The dining room area has a large table and seating for 8 and the lounge has two couches. There is a balcony from the lounge and a further toilet and separate laundry room with a washing machine/dryer.
A small lounge is also on this upper level with bean bags for the children to relax on and watch a selection of Dvds. There is complimentary WiFi and a selection of various TV programmes in different languages.
There is a further double bedroom with an en suite consisting of a bath, shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom leads onto a balcony with views of the countryside.
Outside the house has plenty of space for the children to play and table and chairs, a barbeque to sit and relax and take in the wonderful views!

Lovely cosy home in a beautiful location

We loved staying in this house, there was lots of room for everyone and it felt like home. The view across the valley when the weather was clear was incredible. The location was quiet but only five minutes down to the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb! Amazing location with overwhelming views. Just 10 min. by car to Bohinj Lake (paradise). The house is perfect with all necessary equipment. Easy contact with owner. I will not hesitate to repeat again if going back to this amazing country.

A full immersion in a charming natural environment

The house is perfect for a big group: plenty of space inside and in front of the house, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge lounge with a marvellous view of the Triglav. The village with the main shops is at 5 minutes by car. In Bohiniska Bistrica at the tourist information you can also buy detailed maps of the paths, some starting from the house, and the parking pass (strongly recommended). We loved swimming and rowing into the two lakes, the charming Bled jezero and the untamed Bohinij jezero, walking around them and in the Mostlica gorges, where the wood protected us during some hot days. To reach Bled and avoid traffic you can leave the car in the free parking slot near the railway station and go there by train in 20 minutes. We won't forget also the totally silent and starry nights!

Das Haus hat eine super Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick - fernab vom Trubel in den Hot Spots. Es ist groß und geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Gefehlt haben uns Insektengitter und Verdunklungsrollos und ein paar Haken hier und da in den Bädern wären noch toll gewesen. Im Sommer ist es oben sehr warm und unten schön kühl.Es war insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Wir empfehlen das Haus.

Gîte plus spacieux que les photos ne le laissait présager très bonne surprise. Bien équipé (équipement varié et en nombre). Bémol: le manque de tenture occultante....les voiles et stores fin blanc laissaient passer trop de clarté réveil au lever du soleil sans le port de masque nuit. Environnement très calme et reposant.

Modernes Chalet in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren zu 8. für eine Woche in diesem Chalet. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wir haben den Kamin und die Sauna im Winter genossen. Die Fußbodenheizung hatte ein paar kleine Tücken, aber die Verwalterin Alison hat sich gekümmert und hatte eine Lösung. Die Kommunikation mit Alison grundsätzlich war hervorragend! Daher für alles!

Großes geräumiges Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für größere Gruppen und alle, die Natur und Ruhe zu schätzen wissen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in den Bergen über Bohinjska Bistrica. Während im Tal der Tourismus tobte, konnten wir rund um das Haus die Abgeschiedenheit genießen. Die beliebten Ausflugsziele liegen dennoch alle in kurzer Autoreichweite. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und verfügte über so ziemlich alles, was man braucht. Wirklich vermisst haben wir lediglich bequeme Stühle oder Liegen für den Garten. Dann hätten wir den Triglav-Blick noch mehr genießen können. Außerdem wären Verdunklungsrollos für die Schlafzimmer super gewesen. Die Verwalterin Alison war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Es war traumhaft schön!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts, wirklich absolut nichts gemisst. Obwohl wir mit neun Personen sa waren, hatten alle genügend Platz. Super ausgestattete Küche. Schöne große Badezimmer. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten waren schön gemacht. Die Lage direkt am Berg und etwas außerhalb ist wunderschön, fast schon malerisch. Mit dem Auro ist man in 20 Minuten sowohl in Bled als auch in Bohinj und kann viele Sacheb Unternehmen. Klare Empfehlung.

A Dream House with a View (or two...)

This is a splendid and spatious holiday house in a gorgeous location. The environment is quiet and with stunning views to the Triglav and many more mountains. The location slightly above Bohinsjka Bistrica is ideal, you can easily drive to Bled (East) or Lake Bohinj (West) or north to the Pokljuka area for great hiking tours or even go south through the mountain by a comfortable car train (to Most na Soci). The house is extremely well equipped with a great kitchen, many rooms, all facilities you could wish for and ample of space. Alone the long dining table with three windows to the mountain range is breathtaking. Only a minor concern is the light in the living room area (only a single one) and some English plugs, which do not fit into the Slovenian sockets. But this can easily be fixed. Altogether, we as a family enjoyed this great house with altogether four bathrooms and many nice rooms to live in. We can only recommend to stay here.

Geweldig vakantiehuis voor meerdere gezinnen geschikt

Het huis is nieuw, schoon, fris, modern, fijne communicatie met de eigenares, prachtige omgeving waar zo enorm veel moois te zien is. Wij hadden aan een week niet genoeg en komen zeker terug. Het enige is dat wij "stadsmensen' moesten leren de dag een beetje te plannen want je wilt niet telkens de berg op en af hoeven te rijden. Maar 's ochtends wakker worden met een prachtige opkomende zon en dan de wolken beneden in het dal zien hangen, is onbetaalbaar!
