Adorable 3 bdrm ranch home in the heart of Peoria!

Very clean and newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in Peoria, IL with over 1000 main level sq ft. Easy access to interstate 74. Ten mins to downtown & hospitals. Close to shopping and restaurants. 3 bedrooms include dressers, queen bed, three twin beds, plus a single fold out mattress pad available. A pocket door in the bathroom provides privacy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time. Self check-in with keypad.
The space
Fully furnished (did we mention very CLEAN?!) and tastefully decorated home provides quiet and comfort while away. The kitchen has all appliances including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Help yourself to coffee, or tea, bottled juices and oatmeal! Dishes and cookware are included. Several closets and bedroom dressers allow you to unpack and make yourself at home.
Guest access
Full access to the home includes parking on driveway for 2 cars plus on street parking. A single step to access the all on one level ammenities.
**Due to no egress windows in the basement no sleeping is permitted downstairs.
**If you would like to book last minute, please contact us in regards to availibility.
**If you would like to book longer than the 10 days, please contact us.
Other things to note
Self check-in and entry using the keypad. Codes are changed beween guests and will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.
5% IL lodging tax and 8% City of Peoria Hotel tax added to reservation.
*Security cameras installed on exterior of house with one in basement focused on sewer drain. No audio recording in the house and no other cameras in the house.

Cozy Place To Sleep

We stayed here after a wedding at Highland Park. It was perfect for our family to spread out a bit instead of a hotel room. The bathroom was very clean. The kids appreciated the complimentary snacks! We would stay again if we’re in the area!

This property is exactly as advertised and immaculately clean. Very quiet neighborhood but close to many restaurants and stores. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

All the comforts of home nestled in a very quiet community. Location was a good home base for my daughter and her fiancé as they searched for living accommodation for their upcoming residency at OSF/relocating from Detroit. Jill was a dream of a host. Highly recommend.

Great property close to stores on a quiet street. One of the cleanest VRBOs I've ever stayed at, and communication was terrific. Hosts made the stay as easy as possible, even including coolers and ice packs to take home food.

Great stay!

We were in Peoria for a cross country race with 3 teenagers. This house has a great location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had plenty of coffee and snacks. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Check in and out was very easy!

We were in town for a family event and wanted somewhere in the middle of the locations we were going to be. Jill's house fit the bill. Jill worked with us on our timing for entering the property which was very appreciated. The house had everything we needed and was nice and clean. Great communication and highly recommended!

This unit is very clean and very quiet. It is located close to two main roads in town. We were within a few miles of anything we wanted to do. Communication from the owner was very prompt and helpful.

Exactly what we needed

As soon as I entered the house it smelled clean. Not like air fresheners! It had a peaceful interior design with a personal touch. The kitchen was accommodating and easy to use. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a typical ranch house design but up to date and very very clean. We were able to enjoy a night performance and then be able to spend our day with family. I am really thankful.

Nice home is Peoria

This was just a one night stay as we came into town for an event at the Peoria civic center. So we didn’t need a lot or spend a ton of time at the home but we loved it. It was so nice to space out in different bedroom as we have an infant and an 11 year old with different bed times. The bed situation was really important to me and a big reason I chose this place so that we all had our own beds. They were comfortable and the bedding was nice. We loved there was snacks provided by the property manager, also a little corner with books and coloring books to play with and read was a nice touch. Very family friendly. Shower was nice and not loud, sometimes in older homes they can be loud. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, honestly had we been there longer, probably would have taken walks. There was only 1 tv and it was small, It would have been nice to have atleast one tv in on of the bedrooms for the kids, but again that didn’t effect us much since we weren’t there long. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very clean and cute home. Decorated nicely! Hosts provide a variety of snacks and beverages. Neighborhood was very quiet. Quite a few fast food places a couple minutes away that are open later in case you are at an event until after 10 and need dinner. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hot water and good shower pressure! Nice backyard.

My husband and I have 3 young adult children who keep us very busy! In addition to them, we have several pets and like to foster rescue kittens when time allows. We enjoy visiting family in Colorado and Seattle as well as traveling new places. I am a veterinary nurse, landlord, and host to two properties. Nate is an electrical contractor. We have renovated and sold a few houses and hope to do more in the future. Airbnb became our latest adventure in 2018! We strive to provide a very clean and comfortable place for people to stay while in Peoria. We believe in working hard, honesty, and treating others as we would want to be treated.

Why they chose this property

Only a few minutes drive to multiple shopping and restaurant venues including Target and laundry facilities. A few eating places are within walking distance. 10 minute drive to downtown or 8 minutes to quaint Peoria Heights and Grand View Drive. Hop on the nearby interstate 74 for easy access to East Peoria. 15 minutes from the Peoria airport. 20 minutes to Morton, 20 minutes to CAT Mossville, centrally located!
