Come, enjoy Lake living and this beautiful Central Florida location. Lake Reedy House is located just minutes from the quaint downtown of Frostproof, Florida. This quiet neighborhood home boasts of comfortable living spaces and a Lake Reedy view you will never tire of. The house is a recent purchase and with fresh paint and new flooring. The living room provides comfort with plenty of seating including a couch and love seat that have electric recliners. The bedrooms all have premium mattresses and plenty of pillows.

What you will enjoy most about Lake Reedy Living are the beautiful views of the lake from the Sunroom. Whether it is the sparkling sun glimmering on the water, the Bald Eagles that frequent the area or the fisherman enjoying their day in the lake…. the view is always inviting. You can also see the lake from the dining and living areas.

There is a public boat ramp on the lake, not too far away and an area to pull up a boat on shore. There is a double carport for shaded parking and also plenty of room for your boat trailer.

We are not too far from many of Florida's biggest tourist attractions: Legoland is 25 miles away, Disney is 51 miles away, we are right in the middle of the state - not too far from either coast, and Universal Studios is 59 miles away. All within a range of daily trips.

Nearby Lake Wales has an airport that is very popular for skydiving and paramotoring. It is common to see these sky sports on your drive down highway 27.

Clean, comfortable, fully stocked home. Great lake views. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and watching all the birds. Neighborhood is quiet and nice place to take a walk. Great week of relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s spacious and clean. The owner was EXCELLENT to work with! The lake views are AMAZING! If you’re visiting elderly parents nearby like we were I’d recommend this over a hotel stay in a heartbeat!

My daughter and I just stayed at this house for a couple of days! This house is everything that was described and more! Beautiful location, very clean, comfortable and the owners are so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area or looking for a beautiful place to relax! Great Place

Jill was a wonderful host. The property was very clean. I am a clean freak. I was so happy to have cleaning supplies at my disposal. I was able to sweep the floor after meals and keep the bathrooms clean. The house had good dishes and pots and pans as well as a coffee maker and toaster. The three season porch has a beautiful view of the lake. We really enjoyed using the binoculars. We were there for a birthday party and my extended family was able to come and hang out at our place. The TV allows you to sign in to all your streaming apps too. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

We believe this cozy house on Lake Reedy will be an enjoyable stay for anyone who loves a view and a comfortable home! We strive to be very supportive to our guests and answer all communications as timely as possible. This is our third vacation rental property, all on water.

Why they chose this property

This property offers the enjoyment of the lake and is not far (4 miles) from Hwy 27, a major north/south highway through the middle of the state. Frostproof is within driving distance for day trips to LEGOland, Disney World, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. The closest attraction is the Beautiful Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, you will love the tranquil beauty of this gem. It is dog friendly, except for the amazing kids' area.

What makes this property unique

Lake Reedy offers great fishing and beautiful views. There is a public boat ramp, dock and a playground within walking distance. (They are all different properties.)
