Sleeps 4! YOU CAN RENT THE ENTIRE HOME TO SLEEP 8

This is a one-level flat in a newly renovated 2-story home that sits on the corner of 30A and San Juan Ave in the heart of Seagrove. Step off your porch, cross 30A, and you are only a few steps to the San Juan beach access. Bike less than one mile to the center of Seaside!

MAR is the ground floor of a single-family home. MAR has a dedicated entrance and parking for 2 cars plus room for a golf cart. The unit has a large front porch and a private fenced yard that overlooks 30A and opens directly to the beach crosswalk.

The 2nd-floor unit is called SOL, which functions as an independent unit with its own entry and parking. Larger groups can book MAR & SOL together and connect them for a whole-house experience!

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.

The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.

First Stay in Santa Rosa

The Mar property was perfect for our stay. The location was easily accessible to the beach, the Square and a quick drive to Rosemary Beach. Cheryl was extremely helpful and kind highly recommend The Mar!

Great stay!

Mar was perfect for our party of three. The location to the beach is great, the house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front porch while watching the bikers and walkers on 30a. Would love to return!

Perfect Location!

Property was perfect for our small group of four. The location couldn't have been better. Bike riding to Seaside and Watercolor was fun and quick. Beach access was the best we have ever had, and this is our third Spring Break on 30A.
