Dogs are welcome up to a maximum weight of 25lbs. There is an additional pet fee. Please inquire if you are unsure. No dangerous breeds. Sorry, no cats.

It is online 1.7 Miles from the house! Its convenient location makes it the perfect place to explore the greater Sarasota area. Pool heating IS available at this property at no additional cost through solar panels on the roof of the home. The water temperature from the solar panels is subject to the ambient temperature and the intensity of the sun. The temperature is usually 10-12 degrees above the temperature of the Gulf of Mexico. The driveway offers parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The garage is not available to guests.
