Almost panoramic amazing Downtown, San Diego views from your own Living Room where you would get amazed by the awesome sunsetting while enjoying your meal from your own Dining set. Walk to Gaslamp, Petco Park, Little Italy, and Seaport Village. Minutes drive away from Balboa Park, UCSD, Legoland, UTC Malls, SeaWorld, hospitals, and more. This High Rise 1BR/1Office Condominium has a Spa and a Barbecue area where you get to enjoy your stay with your family/friends while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views from the Rooftop deck on the 20th floor. You have to come to see it for yourself. No to mention, low rate, free parking with lots of amenities. Residents/other guests are friendly. You just feel at home every time you stay there. That's how I feel every time I'm in this particular high-rise building. Last, but not the least, the building location itself as this is located in the heart of San Diego. East Village that is!
