Condo was just as pictured, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The view was amazing! This resort was by far the best spot to be in PCB, lowest beach crowds on the strip and great amenities on the resort. Condo is right next to the beach access, and Leeward Pool. We visited during spring break and never felt crowded at the pool or had to search for a chair.

Great condo and location

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. The wrap around balcony is really nice. Edgewater is in a great location. Easy beach access and great pools. Very close to many restaurants and things to do. The onsite restaurant by the pool is good. Kitchen has everything needed with a large dining table which has a great view of the beach. The master has a nice shower.

Amazing Location

This condo is very pretty. It’s actually prettier in person than the pictures provided. You can tell the condo has been updated. There were only a few simple complaints and they were fixed immediately. I was able to text the owners about any want or need and they responded quickly. This condo was quiet. The balcony views were wonderful. The beds were not as comfy as I hoped. The location of this condo, as well as the beach was so beautiful. This condo is located on the “less busy side” of the edgewater resort so that was another big perk with us and our kids. The pools, restaurant, and little store were very nice as well. We will be back next year!
