The main living room is flooded with natural lighting from the home's many windows. Gather here and unwind in front of the warmth of the fireplace. The chef of your group will delight in the kitchen's suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and the center island. Enjoy family meals together at the adjacent breakfast bar or at the formal dining table.

Opportunities for great views continue as you walk through the home and into each of the four bedrooms. The primary bedroom is an idyllic hideaway with its balcony access, fireplace, and en suite bathroom featuring an impressive walk-in shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks. Extra interior perks include; a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a movie room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
