Nice condo and a great value.

This condo is listed as a two bedroom but is actually three bedrooms. It was a good deal for a two bedroom and a great value for a three bedroom. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The poops and hot tubs were also very nice.

Good location

Good location, right off the beach. Had some issues with washer and dryer not working properly. But all in all, condo served its purpose. Plus side, management was easy to get a hold of and prompt.

Location was nice, beds were comfy. Place was outdated and not clean. Mold stains on the ceilings of master bath, dirty floors, rotten baseboards, security lock was broken to door, broken fridge shelf and broken/missing blinds. When complained to rental company- they wanted to come in and fix the problems but the problems were very obvious and needed to be addressed before check in.
