Excellent Management, but Rundown Property

The management of this property is very impressive. They are super responsive. This property is fully equipped. The layout is very nice for a family and their pets. The challenge with the property is that it is very rundown. The carpet, rugs, and flooring are old, dirty, and buckling. The patio is also rundown, it has nails that are sticking up and the paint is flaking off. With this feedback, I am sure some of these issues will be addressed for the next guest because of how responsive the management team and owners are.

Buena propiedad, le falta mucho cariño

La llegada automática con código es muy cómoda. La situación está genial, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y de la autopista. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro.La casa está bien pero le falta mucho cariño, falta mejor como vasos o cubiertos (hay muy pocos) el patio es muy agradable por espacio pero le faltaba mucha limpieza, hojas secas por todos lados, excrementos de perros…
