17259 Whitewater Court is an elevated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex centrally located between both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island! This will be the perfect home base between trips to the nearby beaches and restaurants, plus it's pet friendly!

This property is located in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood, has a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. With the spacious bedroom and pull out couch in the living room, there is enough room to sleep 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

1 pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of reservation is required to bring any animal, including service animals. A non-refundable $200/pet applies and will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will also be sent additional documents and questions from Safely Stay, our damage protection provider. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found the rental to be very clean and updated. Perfect for a couple and close to many amenities and easy access to other attractions. Good value. Could use end table lamp and small side table by chair. Latch on pocket door between bedroom and living room was broken on arrival. Was not used so not an issue for us. Larger rug by from door would be nice. Would have liked a location closer to the beach, but overall, was a very pleasant experience and plan to book again for next year..

March 2023 trip to Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of the unit is nice and just the right size for what we needed. The air conditioner in the kitchen/living area is noisy. There is no hair dryer. The outside is not so nice. The aluminum siding is missing and some falling off the side of the house. The homes in the area have been hit hard by the Hurricane Ian. I did not feel safe. Overall, disappointed.
