Amazing getaway for our family of 5

We loved the property, location and staff! It was so convenient to the beach and shops and the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The washer/dryer in the room was a game changer for our family of 5 too. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Everything was nice the only downside was that the private beach area is a small sliver of beach in the bigger resorts to get all of the space.

Great location seconds from quieter beach

Property located very close to southern bridge roadway into Siesta Key which is convenient to more restaurants, shopping options. Private Beach access was a very short walk from property which was nice because this made beach less crowded than other parts of Siesta Key. Unit 104B had a private back deck access to main pool area. Would recommend this property and will likely stay here again. Only knock was parking was limited and mgmt only allowed 1 parking pass per unit. We had 2 cars

Good location

Convenient location to the beach. It’s a small walk, but if you want to bring anything significant to the beach, Bring a small wagon. Wish they had beach chairs on the beach. Condo was small but clean. Had issues with the AC the first night but RVA was on top of it and got if fixed quickly.

The cleanliness was spotless and the amenities were great. We put this stay in the middle of a 2 week Disney holiday. The area has a relaxed vibe without being boring. My wife and 15 year old son loved it, as did I. Everything you need is in apartment including a washing machine/detergent, coffee, TV, sitting area, private balcony etc The Manager, Dan, is a credit to the Resort. Really professional and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thanks

Quaint and comfortable place with quick access to beach-Small area on the beach considering the number of private beach clubs around but, still plenty of space. Nice to have a front community deck as well as a private back deck, easy access to the pool. Kitchen amenities were ok-we ate out most of the time anyway. Fun and convenient restaurants nearby, kid friendly... All had fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed the last 2 years at this property in different units. Carpet in the units should be removed as it is filthy, ice maker never worked & was replaced on our 3rd week but it never worked so mgt provided 4 ice trays ! Lamp shade in master bedroom was in disrepair! Extra sheets in unit did not fit the king beds had to go to office to get correct size! Kitchens are very small & poorly equipped ! No one on property from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am next day & one night some rude renters had a loud pool party at 1:30 am ! We found lounge chairs in disrepair & pool is not saltwater! Mgt is nice but don’t know if they report any of this to the owners. Our unit had several light bulbs out & practically no water pressure in guest bath sink & low water pressure in master bath shower! After staying there two years in a row we will not rent at The Beach Club of Siesta Key ever again!

Plenty of tv's and the kitchen was good but showing a little wear. It was a little tricky getting to the beach, but I liked that the beach area was a little less crowded than the main beach. All condo's seem to have leaf blowers starting early unfortunately. The pool was well used and the staff did a good job of keeping things picked up during the day.

All about that Beach

Crescent beach is beautiful. It showed seating on the back deck , but there were no chairs there. There is only one person working there so she was off taking care of other issues when we arrived. We stood in line with 3 other sets of guests for 20 to 30 min. Finally we called the 1 800 number left at the desk for help and a msg was sent to the front desk gal. The towels are like sandpaper and the water pressure is a problem. It just dribbles out of the faucets, but it was fine for the shower. Short walk to the beach so easy access. The parking is a problem. If you have 2 cars you must find parking elsewhere for the 2nd car. :(

Siesta key vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to love this place we stayed here 6 years ago and everything was perfect, this time not so much. The minute we arrived all you could smell was smoke we went and told the office the next day and all they did was give us air freshener spray that didn’t help at all. The shower was dirty and had a bar of soap left in it. Our garbage disposal was broken and backed up while running the dishwasher the sink was basically overflowing which was disgusting. Maintenance didn’t fix it until our very last day, very disappointing. My granddaughter was sleeping and a random man just walked in the condo to spray for bugs. Other guests at the hotel were very messy and disrespectful at the pool area and stayed up partying until 3 am. The condos need to be better stocked with toilet paper and garbage bags etc. Sad to say we will not be recommending this condo or staying here again.

Great Family Friendly Property with awesome location

The quiet nature of the property and it being very family/younger children friendly makes it even better. The staff in the office was once again helpful and accommodating to our every need. The young man who does the daily cleanup of the property and helps to keep it tidy and in tip top shape, deserves a big "shout-out". He is a big asset to the team there. We'll be back!
