Furnished with a king bed in the primary bedroom as well as comfortable queen beds in the guest rooms. Has BOAT PARKING! Easy FREE access to the lake, historic downtown Rogers, & all NWA has to offer!

My husband & I bought this property as our first home, we LOVED living here as it was so quiet, peaceful, & really close to town but still "out of town". It holds a special place in our hearts since this is where it all began! We hope you enjoy the lake life scenery & peacefulness as we did!
What makes this property unique
This home is very private in the backyard, the new addition of the deck & hot tub make it so much nicer to enjoy! With TWO lake accesses in the neighborhood you can either go swim (bring some floaties & a cooler) or bring your boat to go out on the lake & enjoy fishing, water sports, or just relaxing in the sun!
