Clean and stocked with everything you need for a great stay! 7-person high end hot tub, enough room for everyone to enjoy! Large covered front porch with a swing and rocking chairs. Great location at Beaver Lake with lake access and boat launch in the neighborhood, there is even a beachy area by the boat launch to swim and play! 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, enough to sleep 6 comfortably (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 roll away cot). Airbed for more guests is available upon request. Upgraded mattresses on all the beds! Great amenities and upgrades to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as:

*Welcome basket with basic snacks, candy bowl and a few things to hold you over until you get to the grocery store. Insta Cart and Walmart delivery are available at this location so you can always order ahead!

*Dogs are welcome with pet fee of $125 per stay per dog. Please notify the host if you're bringing your furry friend and add the pet to the reservation. Please note, the backyard is not fully fenced, so pets will need to be kept on a leash when outside.

*Pack and play and highchair available upon request with advance notice. Some children's toys and books are provided.

*Close to parks and lakes as well as miles of walking, biking and hiking trails. Hobbs State Park is the largest state park in Arkansas with miles of hiking and biking trails. Lake Atalanta is just a 5-minute drive with walking and biking trails that connect to the Railyard jump park and the Greenway Trails. Downtown Rogers is just short 10-minute drive and has a variety of restaurants and shopping.

*War Eagle mill is only 10 minutes away and has a huge craft fair every year! There are also great photo opportunities at the mill and a great restaurant.

*Professionally designed throughout with peaceful spaces, calming colors and amenities that aren't common in other airbnbs in the area. Careful attention to detail was used when selecting furniture to provide comfortable and relaxing areas. We wanted to provide an "oasis" for you to stay while visiting and exploring Northwest Arkansas!

*We are happy to decorate the home for you for Christmas if you are staying in the month of December. All you need to do is request at the time of booking. If there are other events or special occasions while you are staying, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more memorable!

*Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is about 30 minutes

*Museum of Native American History is about 30 minutes

*Greenway Trails-These trails connect all 4 major downtown areas in Northwest Arkansas by paved walking and biking trail! The closest connection for the Greenway Trail is in Downtown Rogers about 10 minutes away.

*University of Arkansas is about 40 minutes

*Eureka Springs is about 45 minutes

*There is a dog park at Lake Atalanta about 10 minutes away, this also connects by a beautiful paved trail through the woods to the main Lake Atalanta area that has a playground, walking and biking trails, lake access for fishing, trails that connect to the Railyard jump park and downtown Rogers.
