Villa Starlight is a luxury waterfront home located in desirable SW Cape Coral in a quiet neighborhood. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, fireplace, heated pool & jacuzzi and a large over-water dock with Tiki hut. The home also boasts a new luxury chef's kitchen with new high-end appliances and is fully equipped with the latest designer features. The office/den features two dual-screen work stations and wireless printer to allow easy hook-up of one or two laptop computers. There are large screen smart HD TVs in all bedrooms and living room, and a smaller TV in the third bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, private bathroom with shower and its own direct access to the pool area. Guest Bedroom 3 has twin beds ideally suited for younger guests.
The home offers a unique indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Relax either: inside this beautiful home; outside by the pool in the lanai-enclosed patio/pool/spa with fixed-line gas BBQ; or waterside on the dock or under the Tiki hut.
The home comes fully equipped including: 3 bicycles; 2 kayaks (with life vests, etc. and the dock has a kayak launch); 3 new/higher-end fishing poles and all related gear (for fishing off-the-dock or any area of your choosing); and, for those days on the beach, 6 high quality beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon (to easily transport all your gear at the beach). Villa Starlight offers the very best of the Florida lifestyle for a memorable family vacation.
IMPORTANT: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

My family and I spent a week at this beautiful house. It was perfect and literally has everything you could need to make the place feel like home. Very clean and comfortable. The pool and view were amazing! Great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the easy check in, the home and pool. We didnt feel good about using the hot tub, the jets were too much and could not be adjusted, it wasted way too much water..but having said that, we didnt really miss it. The home has everything you need.

Not only did the property met our expectations but surpassed them. I wanted to relax and that's what I did. The pool was great, my son enjoyed the kayak and we made great meals on the fabulous kitchen. I do recommend this property and I am already planning to come back in the future.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and patio area were amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is state of the art. 10 out 10 recommend. The check in process was seamless and the check out walk through took less than ten minutes. Starliight Home

The home and property were excellent. We enjoyed the stay and things to do in the area. The only issue for us that I would bring up, is that you are asked to launder linens and towels before leaving. I don’t mind cleaning after myself, but the laundry on the morning of leaving is a bit muck, especially if you have a lengthy drive ahead of you and you need to get on the road.

Villa Starlight was a treat

My family and I had a great time staying at Villa Starlight. The home was beautiful and just as advertised. The kitchen was was gorgeous and came equiped with everything. Nothing short of amazing!

Everything about this home was fabulous. Having my pups be able to stay with our family gave us even more reason to truly enjoy this home. The neighborhood was quite yet still in a good location to be able to get out and about easily. We loved having our private pool, being able to enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the deck and kayaking. Working with the property manager Philip was a bonus as he was a blessing to assist me with all my questions. 5+ star rating..do not miss out on this gem!!!

The house was beautiful and clean. We had an issue with the hot tub and the response was prompt. The issue was taken care of within hours. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool because it never became warm enough for us to enjoy. The communication with the Vrbo representative made all the difference.

Wrong Address

The wrong address is on the website. It took us 2 hours to find the house. You shouldn’t be allowed to have cameras watching you. That is invasion of personal privacy. When you go on vacation you should not have you watching everything we do. Charging people for electricity is a crime. You pay a lot for the house. There should not be other things you have to pay for. There was none of that in the contract. I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay there

Hello Sheryl, The property address is not visible on the website. It is our business address. The property address is not given until final payment has been received and would have been supplied at any time if asked. The cameras are outdoor only and none on the interior of the house or the pool area. The homeowners are allowed to protect their property and especially HVAC and Pool heat equipment. If you have issues reading the wrong address you could have easily reached us as we add all guests to our messaging system called AKIA on which you signed your contract and received your door code. It would have been nice to speak with you on any matter in person. We are sorry you misunderstood the information that was supplied. Electricity was included in your pricing. We are therefore not sure where this accusation comes from. It seems you have also failed to mention any of the reviewed items to any of our staff.

Girls getaway

Overall we really loved this house. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need plus more for a family to cook in. The host was really nice and responded very fast. The only complaint we have is the day of checkout. We were not only made to do an in person inspection the morning of checkout..which we both found strange and inconvenient, but during that checkout inspection we told the man we would probably leave around 10am, even though check out is technically 11.. it turns out he would not let us stay a moment after his and the cleaning crews arrival at about 1012. We felt really rushed. We were forced to stop cooking breakfast and were asked to leave the house 45 minutes before checkout time listed on the website and everywhere else. It was a stressful way to leave for the airport. We were by no means going to stay over the amount of time, it just felt a bit unreasonable.

Don’t be fooled, rent somewhere else

Upon, entry to the home at first glance it looks nice. Unfortunately…there were so many issues and such very poor communication from the owners…I strongly suggest for the price please choose another home and save yourself the headache& frustration! You will NOT be happy! A small list of issues: Linens on beds were NOT clean, very poor quality with a lot of piling. They don’t advertise on listing but have written rules for the guest to clean ALL towels and linens before leaving and they Don’t supply soap. This is likely why the linens were dirty…because they use the renters to clean the laundry before checkout. The gas stove has a faulty burner that shoots out an uncontrollable flame that engulfs your hand. The garage is a huge mess, very difficult getting to beach items with an old car parked in there and junk., including a mirror to step around on the floor. Advertised that you can park in garage…you can’t it’s FULL of junk! Missing shower head in bathroom. Missing mattress pad only ripped plastic on queen bed. Lounge chair has dry rot and hole in it. 3 bathrooms and only 1 full roll of TP supplied in 1 bath, the other 2 had partial rolls. Kitchen had 10 sheets left of paper towels. You MUST bring extra TP,paper towels and trash bags…there are zero extra. Most places are more generous…these people aren’t! You MUST bring windex or something to clean counter with there is none! You should bring extra soap to wash hands theirs are only 1/4 full. It won’t let me write more.

Linens and Cleaning: To ensure smooth turnovers for same-day arrivals, we ask guests to start laundry for used linens and towels before departure. Our team inspects the property, including bedding, prior to every arrival. 3. Gas Stove: Safety is our priority. Upon inspection, we found no major issue with the stove, apart from a slightly misaligned burner cover. Maintenance was offered but declined during your stay. 4. Garage and Equipment: The garage stores kayaks, bikes, and beach gear for guest use. While the owner keeps one car in the two-car garage, there is ample space for amenities. 5. Missing and Worn Items: The showerhead repair required a special-order part, which was communicated during your stay. A temporary replacement was provided and accepted. 6. Supplies: As stated in our listing, we provide starter essentials like toilet paper and soap. Guests are responsible for restocking after the initial supply. We are committed to high standards and regret your dissatisfaction. Based on this experience, we will not accept future bookings from you.
