Comfortable Cozy Compton Gem

Cozy around the fire pit while enjoying a nice Southern California evening! The kids will have so much fun jumping on the large trampoline or shooting hoops on the Basketball hoop. Plenty of room for parking and completely private! The Living room has a 75 inch smart tv! Open kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.

Bedroom 2 has a full bed with a 55 inch smart tv

Bedroom 1 has rear backyard access and a queen bed with a 55 inch smart
tv and private bathroom.

The place is really nice but the location leaves something to be desired. It was definitely more comfortable inside than it looked outside.

Awesome Host

The property looked how it was online. The check-in was didn’t go as smoothly as expected but the Host made up for it with being super nice, attentive, and easy to contact. The overall property was good but the location may tick some people off. Before booking this property, make sure to look up the Google street views and decide for yourself if you’ll be comfortable In the location of the place. Property has most if not all, of the stuff we needed. I guess my only recommendation is to replace some of the old furniture like the swivel chair and table, and maybe change the carpet because it has that weird smell from being not dried completely. Thank uou, Tami for being super nice. You were actually the highlight of our stay. Awesome host definitely.
