The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Please empty indoor trash bins and dispose of garbage in designated outdoor bins around back yard patio or leave them in back yard patio if no trash bins visible.
2) Used sheets and pillowcases go on bedroom floors. Wet/used towels in the bath tub.
3) Wash used dishes, wipe down counters.
4) Check-out time of 11am is an important requests. It allows time for cleaning before the next guest.
5) If you happen to check out before 11AM, please text me, so we start the cleaning process.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
