Family trip

Check-in was easy. There is a guard at the gate. You need to arrive before 5pm. The guard leaves at that time. The kitchen has all that you need. We loved our stay

Spacious and convenient to everything

The place was so much bigger than we expected. Short walk to the beach, beside Alvin’s Island, across street from the pool and first floor. Tons of amenities. The e will stay again!Only complaint is the living room only allowed for two to sit comfortably.

What I Thought of Cleanliness

The Condo was Beautiful, But The Roaches was bad.And the cleaning Person did a Crappy Job on the cleaning.I had to go buy traps and Spray for the Roaches.My Daughter and I spent the first 2 days Cleaning and spraying Taking everything out of the cupboards wiping the cupboards out,washing the dishes.sweeping under nether everything.The condo was super clean for the nexts person to come into.The cleaning person Left unopen food in the cupboards .

this property had everything we needed for some R&R next to the beach. easy walk across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. plenty of room for the littles to run around and everyone slept great! would definitely use again!

Fantastic location right across the beach

This is a very nice community and right across the beach. Check in process was very smooth and instructions were very clear. The property was very clean, beautiful decor and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. The only feedback is some of the closets in the bedroom were occupied with clothes and other belongings, same goes for refrigerator freezer with old food. Perhaps that could have been rearranged. Overall very nice stay and would stay again

Great stay

Upon arrival we punched in code to enter the property. I really liked that there was no outside vehicle or foot traffic on the property. It gave us a safe secure felling. We entered the unit which was really nicely decorated. It was super clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed and wanted. The private patio was great to sit on and watch the sun come up and cool and shady in the evening. We were a party of 5 adults and had plenty of space. We will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The pool was nice and it’s just a short walk across the street to the beach. The location was excellent. The host answered any questions and was very helpful thank you

Perfect!

Perfect location. Immediate access to the beach. Walking distance to the store. Layout was exactly what we needed! Laundry is a BIG deal with 7 in our family and two of them in tournaments . We literally had to dry our clothes all over the condo. The only frustration was the dryer. Communication was quick! Repairman was sent out next morning...Wow! However, no real solution. Everything else was GREAT!

Overall the stay was ok. The kitchen was nicely stocked which was wonderful. The negatives were the back door not locking which wasnt a big deal except this was an issue when trying to coll down the unit. The small and I meam small pool was,directly outside the door but the pool and hottub stayed crowded which is not the owner's fault at all. We did reach out to the owmer immediately upon arrival because the air would not go below 76 or 74. This was a hige discomfort since my son was playong in a baseball tournament so even when we,came back to the room it was still hot. The master bedroom bed was the worst bed we've ever slept on. Owner needs to invest in new bedding. And new mattesses for the bunk beds which were so hard my 12 year old slept on the couch. The worst part was seeing roaches. I know its the beach and bugs are around but there were multiple times we saw and killed roaches. Overall it was a decent stay but next time we will look elsewhere and spend the money to be comfortable.

Nice proximity to the beach. However, I did not enjoy my first floor patio view of Alvin’s island. The picture online did not show that. The smoke detector was beeping when we first arrived. I communicated this and was told to take it down and it would be taken care of in 2 days. It was not taken care of.

Great location and very clean. Queen size bed needs a new frame, bed caves to the middle when you lay on it. Smoke detectors need batteries replaced. Very clean and nice!Need more options for parking if traveling in multiple vehicles.
