Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The Barn on Lake Hamilton is located on a quiet cove off the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Our guests enjoy lake access as well as a large comfortable deck area with outdoor heating and gas grill just to name a few of the outdoor amenities included in this cozy getaway. Guests find all the comforts of home inside with a full kitchen, bath and living area as well as a queen size bed on the main level and a full size bed in the sleeping loft.
The space
Conveniently located close to Hot Springs, The Barn on Lake Hamilton offers the best of both worlds...close enough to town but far enough away to allow a quiet retreat to rest and relax. Newly installed WiFi with a 55 inch Smart TV, use of 2 single person kayaks, an outdoor carpet pool game, a small library of books and a basket full of cards and boardgames are just a few amenities guests will enjoy.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the guest quarters located at the rear of the structure as well as the deck and backyard area all the way down to the lake. A short walking path behind the home leads to a beautiful lake view with a porch swing to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine later in the day.

Hot Springs offers a variety of activities for every age group. Our home is in a great location to access local state parks, Hot Springs National Park, hiking trails, lake recreation as well as historic downtown Hot Springs and Bathrow, Oaklawn and Magic Springs Amusement Park. Local restaurants and shopping help to round out the list of fun activities families and individuals can experience here.

Perfect little space

Hubby and I were in Arkansas for a short motorcycle get away. The barn was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable!
