We enjoyed our week in this home for a family gathering! It is very well stocked! The bedrooms are very good sized. The mattresses were great. We enjoyed the back yards for various things. Also enjoyed Fairfield beach. Our host answered questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this rental.

Cleanliness needed improvement. There was pizza crust & marshmallows in the couch. And ants in the kitchen. Also the bathroom situation wasn't very clear. We had 3 bedrooms and 1 primary bathroom downstairs which males it hard if you have multiple families.Only 1 full bath & powder room downstairs. I did appreciate all the drinks and things left by other guests.madee it easier to cook for our group.

Emily, thank you for your honest feedback. I sincerely apologize that the condition of the home did not meet expectations. I take these concerns seriously and have addressed them to help ensure future guests are welcomed into a cleaner and more comfortable space. I also appreciate your comments about the bathroom arrangement. I have updated the listing to make the home’s layout and bathroom availability clearer so guests can better determine whether it will suit their group before booking. I’m glad the drinks and kitchen items helped make cooking for your group a little easier, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Stayed here with a group of ten adults, as we attended a music festival in the area. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves and we never felt overcrowded. Tristan was a great host and quickly resolved a few minor issues we were having. Would recommend staying here to anyone booking a large group in the area.

Excellent Stay

Our family met at this house for a Thanksgiving get together. The host was very responsive and answered questions we had quickly. Excellent house and location. The only slight challenge was the lack of a dining room, but there was a folding table and chairs in the garage that we made work. Would stay here again.

relaxing family get together

Beautiful and comfortable home, super accommodating host. Great for a group get together. (One consideration: it's an open floor plan, which nicely facilitates group interaction, but won't work as well if you have some night owls and some early birds, fyi.) Great stay overall

Came down from NE Ohio Friday-Sunday for a golf trip. Played at some great courses in the area! House was perfect. Plenty of space for 7, awesome backyard area, really nice location. Another great weekend

Second year staying in this same home for an annual golf trip and it did not disappoint! Tristan is excellent about responding to any issue and is quick to text if more info is needed. House is in a great spot near the lake and easily accommodates 7 adults. Hopefully we will be back next year!
