Whether you decide to launch your boat and venture to the lake, enjoy the tri-level pool at Tanglewood Resort, play a round of golf, grab a coffee and head to downtown Denison for shopping and wine tasting, or relax at the house to fire up the grill on the patio, you will not be disappointed. The house is fully stocked with all the necessities needed to feel right at home including, 7 smart TVs throughout, fully stocked kitchen with duel refrigerators, a fire pit, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and various board games. Your kiddo's can even bring their gaming systems and connect to the duel T.V.'s in the game room. Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Tanglewood Resort, seasonal restaurants at Highport Marina, Arroyos, Bay at the Lake, Franks, and Napolis are just minutes away. If you want to venture a little further, Choctaw Casino is just 30 minutes down the road.

Amazing lake house

We loved our stay and the views were outstanding. Everything was brand new and we easily fit our whole family. Fully stocked and the gourmet kitchen made all our dinners a big event.

Beautiful property and fun activities!

Stayed with our family recently. The house was beautiful and views breathtaking. The passes to the resort were great, and they had a great pool and poolside food service. It was a short drive away and we went at least once each day we were there. The pool table and patios were our favorite part in the home.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was clean except for the floors which turned our feet black if we walked barefoot. We would definitely stay there again as everything else was great and we really enjoyed the views and porches!

We normally make getaways to JW Mar in San Antonio. This was really enjoyable without the drive ha ! Exceptional house that our entire family appreciated. The owners designed an awesome home and enure a seemless experience. Highly encourage a visit...anytime of the year !

We had two families stay here for three nights and loved it. There's enough room that adult children could hang out downstairs, playing pool, or even on the balcony upstairs. Everything is clean and modern. This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Make sure you knock out a round of golf while there too!

Excellent space with a killer view. Large enough to house multiple adults (or kids — but we didn’t have any) with enough space to not feel cramped. The balconies were awesome with an excellent view of Lake Texoma. Highly recommended.

The house is set up well. Lots of space. The kitchen is very well stocked and gourmet. The place is set for a group of friends, family or as we used it to entertain on business. Definitely will repeat.

Gorgeous lake view property!

This was a PERFECT vacation home! There was space for multiple families. It was an inviting atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The decor was gorgeous! The beds under the stairs are super adorable. My kids loved the pool table, the LED lights on the stairs that follow you up as you walk, and all of the space for them to play. The deck was my favorite spot to drink coffee, look at the lake view, and relax. There is a restaurant on the lake, which is very convenient and has a great view! We all loved our stay and definitely plan on going back!

Friends in high places

This house!!! Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed! The view off the top deck is amazing of the lake! The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and modern, the air conditioning (was hot in early July) was perfect. The kitchen is great and it opens to the living area. So we had lots of fun time and visiting while cooking. Melissa, the property owner, was quick with all communication! There is easy parking in the upper part of the house, I was able to park a crew cab truck with a pontoon boat with ease.

Great House and Location

Loved the house. Plenty of space, two great patios and living areas. Nice fire pit and deluxe fully-supplied kitchen. But this is not the house for older adults or disabled. With 3 levels, it has two sets of stairs and steep driveway in the back. If older/disabled persons park and stay on upper floor it's okay but only one bedroom is on upper floor. The rest of bedrooms are on the bottom floor. But we loved and would definitely stay again.

The Lake Escape is a hidden gem

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do the view justice. Whether you are working in the kitchen, hanging on the family room couches, or out on the patio, the view of the lake is stunning. We had a big group and everyone had their own rooms. Small kids, teenagers and adults all enjoyed something special about the home. We were always playing games, laughing, cooking and relaxing. All the couples enjoyed their own bedrooms. Our entire group agreed this was one of their favorite vacations because they truly felt at home in the property. The owners are incredible people who care about you enjoying your getaway. We picked up or ate at most of the recommended restaurants in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the food. This will be an annual destination for our gatherings going forward.

Fantastic!

From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were going to be so happy! We had a 4 sibling and spouse reunion with our adult kids popping in here and there. This place was PERFECT! So much room to spread out. Everything was clean and upgraded. Minutes from Highport Marina and Tanglewood. We used the Tanglewood passes for the pool and the discount for golf. Fantastic and very responsive communication with the owner 100% we would stay here again. Every person was so pleased with the house. The only very small issue was (our fault) we didn’t realize we needed to bring our own shampoo and body wash for the shower until we were back from the pool and jumping in showers. Quick trip to Dollar General took care of that. Stay here!you will be so happy you did.

Treetop View of Texoma

What an incredible view from the upper level of this amazing home. The builder did a superior job in building a third story on this home giving a panoramic view of Lake Texoma. The home has everything you need to keep every age group in your family happy. From the pool table on the 2nd floor to 2 side by side TV's on the bottom floor. One master suite and three more bedrooms plus another bath make up the bottom floor along with a TV gameroom. The upper floor has the other master suite along with the kitchen and living room. The massive deck comes off the third floor and feels more like a tree house as you are that high up. The view is simply amazing from the deck as you feel like you’re sitting in the treetops. The kitchen and pantry have all your cooking needs and plenty of storage. There is also a ½ bath next to the kitchen on the upper floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
