Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come stay at beautiful Lake Texoma in Pottsboro and enjoy the gorgeous lake views from this 3 story lake front home, right ON THE BOARDER OF TEXAS. Jump in the pool (seasonal) or take the family to the beach a short drive away. Come home to breathtaking AMAZING SUNSET views or watch the bird activity in the mornings or at sunset from one of the numerous decks (on each 3 levels) or have a BBQ (upper or lower deck) with friends while watching the sunset shimmer on the lake. Lake access is 4 minute walk @ end of the road for fishing. Largest marina on Texoma is 8 minutes drive to Highport Marina with boat ramp and vibrant restaurant/bar and seasonal entertainment.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
UPON DEPARTURE PLEASE;
• Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
• Leave dirty linens in or near the laundry room.
• Leave the grill reasonably clean if you use it.
• Turn off all lights
• MAKE SURE ALL 7 EXTERIOR DOORS AND GARAGE DOOR ARE LOCKED
• Leave ALL THREE thermostats set at 78 degrees in summer and 65 degrees in winter.

Please roll trash can to end of the driveway near the mailbox for Monday pickup. Thank you!
