This property is in a good location and has nice furnishings. Upon arrival we noticed the AC was not functioning properly and the outdoor patio area could have been cleaned better.

Karla, thank you for your review. I am sorry that we didnt earn a 10/10! We certainly did our best to make sure that we had responded immediately, scheduled a repair person immediately and got them out there on the weekend same day (weekend, and had it fixed within a few hours, and I believe it was just the upstairs AC and not the downstairs, so hopefully you remained comfortable. I am also sorry to hear about the patio area. As a lakehouse right on the water, often the winds blow up materials in just a few hours. But, we certainly do our best to make sure that is aesthetically pleasing; our manager is certainly on top of making sure that looks better in the future. If there was something we could have done to be more responsive to earn a 10 next time, please let us know so we can make sure we respond better! We truly appreciate you and your business.

Lovely Home, Lovely Setting

Our multigenerational family stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed. Cute kids’ room, spacious closets, well stocked kitchen, wonderful hot tub, covered deck with comfy furniture, and awesome firepit all overlooking the lake in a quiet cove. Could not have been better!

The property was beautiful and accomadated all of us. The only issue was the water pressure. It barely trickled at times even when we were careful not to run two showers at the same time .

The property is great and the hosts very responsive. Would recommend a power washing around exterior doors and spaces where guests gather to reduce the amount of cobwebs and bugs. Very comfortable and clean house, and well equipped. We would come back!
