Modern Rooftop Zen with Ocean and Mountain Views

Our rooftop is ready for your morning coffee or afternoon or evening BBQ. Looking to the west one can see peek a boo views of the ocean and panoramic views of the city, hills, and surrounding areas. Relax on the sectional and keep warm and cozy in front of the round fire table at night.
Our new home has all the luxuries you may desire. Enjoy your favorite movie on the 65” TV in the great room with family, or in the master suite in private. The classy kitchen and dining areas are stocked well and easy to cook with. Our showers are beautifully designed in a variety of beautiful colors. It is a stylish and modern beach home 0.7 mi to the beach. Our home has a third story rooftop deck with seating for dining and lounging and a BBQ. Small views of the sea and surrounding areas are beautiful. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are downstairs, and the master bedroom, kitchen and great room are upstairs. There are many amenities available in the home, including a double garage and fenced backyard. There are many events held in Pismo Beach and the surrounding areas. Our home will delight you and your family or friends. Don’t pass it up!

Very Nice and Immaculate Grover Beach Property

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay and the location. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Pismo Beach area for any event, conveniently located and spacious, clean, quiet area too. We would stay again.

Awesome House

What a great house for my family of 8! We all had our own bedrooms and 3 full baths was a plus! So clean and well equipped for all our needs. Just about a 5-6 minute drive to Pismo. Loved it and would definitely recommend this house!

It is a beautiful home with a great living room and kitchen for the gathering of a group. The bedrooms are comfortable. The house is close to restaurants in Grover Beach and Pismo Beach.

Great location that is walkable to cute coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Did not get to take advantage of the upstairs deck because it was dark at night, but it looked very cozy. Well stocked house. Would definitely recommend!

Best VRBO in Grover Beach

Property manager very communicative, easy check in. Home was immaculate. It was clean, fully stocked with appliances for cooking, utensils, new plates, linens, towels. Very clean bathrooms. All 4 beds very comfortable with high end mattresses, extra pillows. Neighborhood very safe, walk into town easy. Can't say enough about this home. A must stay if in Grover Beach. Will absolutely come back!
