Highly sought after 3 Bedroom Upper unit in McCloud. This unit offers a newly renovated kitchen and new floors.. McCloud is one of the most popular complexes in Incline Village. Nicely furnished condos at reasonable prices, each unit has access to a common area sauna and hot tub. The McCloud complex is walking distance to The Hyatt Casino , bike path, restaurants, and the Hyatt Lodge and Casino. Close to town and the many great restaurants and quaint shops. The recreation center has a year round indoor pool, gym, basketball and tennis in the summer.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented over 50 times on Airbnb and VRBO in lots of locations and have never had as many small issues that required outreach as we did with this rental. It’s a great layout and location and was very clean. However, there was a window that didn’t close, the garage key didn’t work, there were no instructions about where to park the extra car, no instructions about TV, the filters for coffee maker didn’t fit, there was no dishwasher detergent. The property manager was responsive. Note that while the living room furniture is new, the beds are quite old. I would say that it’s fine, but would benefit from someone really going through with an eye to what it would be like to be a guest there and then making some upgrades and tweaks.

This place is great. It’s comfortable and had enough room for all 6 of us. It is not close to the parking lot and on the second floor. The paths were paved and not icy at all. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Throughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The house had all the amnesties listed including towels and linens, kitchenware, tv, and wifi. The check in and out process was very smooth and easy. while property was located very conveniently to the shopping district of Incline Village. Comfortable McCloud accommodation

Enjoyed this comfortable, roomy condo with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. This condo is perfect for family gatherings! The McCloud properties are perfectly located near lake, Lone Eagle and Recreation center.

Outdated and Dusty

The condo is on the second and third floor of the building, so it does not have a ground level deck, but it does have a very small second story deck. Not ideal for a summer visit, but it does have a mud room entry and a garages, to it would be good for a winter visit. Its amenities are very dated and it could use an overhaul, as wallpaper is peeling off and there is A LOT of dust in the unit's decorations. There is also a lot of minor maintenance needed (microwave handle broken, wall heater covers falling off, window blind rods missing, etc.) We left a day early because my wife's dust allergies were acting up and we just could not get comfortable/relax on the dirty couches. The location of the condo is ideal for summer, within biking distance to the Hyatt, Shoreline bike path and Incline Beach. A short drive to Burnt Cedar private beach. The unit comes with private beach passes (you still have to pay, but at least you get access). Goldfish Properties, the property manager, was very attentive and answered even a late night call when we first got there and could not open the door and the circuit breaker was tripped. They were cordial and responsive to our questions.
