This lovely South Hills guest apartment is surrounded by tall trees and many hiking paths with a view of Spencer Butte from the yard. All new (as of 2022) construction at and appliances, including in-unit washer/dryer, and full kitchen with granite countertops. It is attached to the main house, but with a separate, private entrance. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe, a ten-minute drive from downtown and the University of Oregon.

New hot tub in yard may be available to guests depending on dates.

Potentially available as a longer term rental.
