Nice little apartment
The apartment is very clean, modern, and well kept. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen. The bedrooms are setup nicely for different group sizes and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious compared to the rest of the unit. The location is very good in proximity of getting on the interstate and getting around. Overall very nice. A couple of things as noted by other reviews. The main bedroom stays lit all night from the light on the outside of the building and the blinds not blocking very well. There is also considerable noise from cars outside the apartment as well as people and pets in other adjacent units. We would stay again when in the area.

Over all good experience. Great proximity to downtown area and mountains.
Easy to find location. Two blocks to all major hotels at $100 a night less expensive. Due to construction parking was limited. There was a homeless community 200 yards away under the highway bridge. These were only two draw backs to location. Once the construction in area is finished this will be much improved. The actual room was very good. Nice new appliances with plenty of cookware. Liked the room layout. Only two drawbacks. There was a lot of noise early morning and late afternoon. We believe it was due to ongoing construction. The other was the master bed room could use some privacy curtains. The blinds worked ok but street lighting came through. Would be an easy fix. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back. I believe this will be an easy 4 star as soon as congestion from construction in area is complete. For now we went w a 3 star rating.

Great spot for a short stay
A few friends and I booked this unit on a four day ski trip and had a pleasant stay. The place seemed brand new, has a cool rooftop, the beds were comfortable, and we liked the location, which is practically across the street from Templin Family Brewing Company and close to downtown, the airport, & the ski mountains. There is a lot of new construction in the area. Overall, the unit worked well for us and we would stay here again on a short trip. However, there are a few things that could be improved upon that might bother guests over a longer stay. Namely, the present window treatments do not block the light from a very bright street light located directly outside the unit, the floors are concrete but there aren't floor mats by the beds nor a bath mat provided in the bathroom (we used a towel), and the neighbors in the unit above seemed to be nocturnal with many thuds and sounds transmitting to our unit. The entrance facing the street for this unit also appears to be an entrance to the unit above with a shared stairway leading up to the unit above and an open (no door) stairway down to our unit, which we found odd as the unit above would have access to our unit if they opened their door. While we assumed that the door for the unit above was locked and/or inoperable and didn't see anyone else, a sign clarifying the situation would have been nice. As the unit appears extremely new, I suspect many of these items will be addressed as more people stay in it.
