Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-NO SMOKING of any Kind. If you smoke in the house/near the house to where the smoke permeates into the house, immediate removal without compensation.

No unauthorized animals, unregistered guest. Illegal activity, violent behavior, or, disruptive behavior. Quiet hrs 11pm-7am
