We live and have lived in the Sugarhouse area since 1985. Our family has had property in Sugarhouse since the 1940's. We have been hosting vacation properties in Sugarhouse since 2009. This area is central to everything in our city.

This is a historic neighborhood and has a lot of character because of the unique individuality of each house in the area. Our house has a great view of the majestic Wasatch Mountains and is on a quiet cul-de-sac
What makes this property unique
This property is in a quiet neighbourhood yet is close to virtually everything and is well suited for year round activities. For those wanting public transportation, this property is right on the bus route that gets to everywhere on the Wasatch Front in just minutes. For those inclined to do a little walking there is also much to do on foot. A one mile walk gets you to just about everything. Minutes to downtown and the University of Utah School, and world renowned University of Utah Hospital and Medical Center.
