For warmth, there is a wood stove.
The water is turned off until April due to the cold weather. The toilets will work but the shower is not functionally.
During the week, the Camper and Tent could be rented at the same time.
A few additional glamping and private tent sites on the river may also be available. For more information, please email us.

Though we have made great efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you must keep in mind that your stay with us still falls within the classification of "glamping" (glamorous camping). We recognize that not everyone is willing to embrace the "camping" aspect of a stay with us, so we want to highlight them before you decide to book our yurt:
1. The yurt is heated exclusively by a wood stove. You will need to build a fire and maintain it in the wood stove to keep warm in the winter months. We will provide the tools, the wood and the training for those who need it. Just know that if you've been away from the yurt all day, you will need to restart the fire to get the yurt back to a comfortable temperature.
2. Yurt guests exclusively have access to the outhouse lavatory for all bathroom needs. We utilize a composting toilet in the outhouse, and guests must follow the posted instructions related to its use.
3. The outhouse is insulated in the walls and floor, but not heated. It can be cold in the winter.
4. The outdoor shower is only available for guest use during the warm months (approximately April through December, or when outdoor temperatures are consistently above freezing).
6. We have hot and cold running water in the yurt (May - October), but in the winter months potable water may be restricted to countertop coolers of cold water. Guests will need to boil water in the kettle for hot water needs.
