Guest Access:
Guests can access every part of this BIG house, Game room, Huge Yard, Brand New Pool and Spa! Big driveways for parkings. Lots of spaces for adults and kids, for your relaxation and entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
7 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Universal Studio, 25 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenient stores nearby.

No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to some local stores and restaurants. Uber ride is recommended to go to theme parks.

- **Quiet Hours**:
- Quiet Hours are enforced by the County of Orange and are observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Prior to check-in, guests are required to provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.

- **No Smoking Policy**:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the game room, at all times.
- This includes tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or any other drugs.

- **Maximum Occupancy and Pricing**:
- Maximum occupancy is 18 guests, with infants under 2 not counted toward the headcount.
- The initial daily price is for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night, up to a maximum of 18 people.
- No additional visitors are allowed without host approval.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.
- Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights.
- Reservation requests leaving a 2-night gap in the calendar may be declined.

- **Liability Disclaimer**:
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
- The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- By accepting the reservation, all guests are agreeing to assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or inviting others to use the premises.

- **Security Measures**:
- Security surveillance cameras are installed outside the property perimeter, not indoors, to protect guests' privacy.
- A noise monitoring device is installed in the backyard to monitor the decibel levels, alerting property managers only when levels are higher than normal.

- **Pool and Spa Heating Fees**:
- Optional pool heating fee:
- Winter months (Nov-April): First day $180, additional days $60 per day.
- Summer months (May-Oct): First day $60, additional days $40 per day.
- Spa heating is available at $10 per hour. It is strongly recommended to use the spa only in winter months for energy conservation.

- **Commercial Activities and Vehicles**:
- No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Keyless check in anytime. The access code will be given one day prior to arrival. The host is available via text and phone call, very responsive to your needs, as reviews noted.
