We are glad your family was still able to enjoy the pool during several sunny days, though we are sorry the pool and hot tub were not in the condition you expected at arrival. We do provide regular weekly pool service, and during your stay we also arranged additional on-demand pool cleaning as soon as the concerns were brought to our attention. Unfortunately, that week had strong winds and rain showers, which can quickly bring leaves and debris into the pool even shortly after service. Still, we understand that guests expect the pool and spa to be clean and ready, especially when they are a key part of the stay. We also regret that the heating experience did not meet expectations. We responded promptly and sent someone out the next day to address the issue, but we understand the pool only reached a comfortable temperature near the end of your stay, which was disappointing. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working closely with our pool service team to improve readiness, especially during windy or rainy weeks and during off-season heating requests.
