About this property

Newly Remodeled Beach Paradise

Come relax, rewind and enjoy Cocoa Beach in our beautifully renovated cozy beach house. It's located close to downtown Cocoa Beach, and it's also a short walk to the beautiful quiet beach away from the crowds. It's the perfect balance of privacy and location. Our home is outfitted with all the essentials you might need.

There's 2 separate units, and when you book you'll have access to both units. We won't ever book them separately. Both units will be your private space. (they aren’t connected by an interior door. There’s two front doors and two back doors on the porch.)

**Unit A is wheelchair accessible.

Unit A is a studio, which includes a queen bed, living area with a sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, and full bath with shower.

Unit B is a 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed, closed off with a barn door, with a full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. It has a separate open living space with a sofa bed and large chef's kitchen complete with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. This unit has a laundry room.

The upstairs loft in Unit B isn’t available for use yet until we install railing and a ladder.

The units are rented together, and is considered a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house.

Plenty of parking is available.

Ron Jon Surf Shop (the largest surf shop in the world), the cruise ship harbour at Cape Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center and the Cocoa Beach Pier, are just a few attractions within minutes away.

Watch Space-X / Nasa Shuttle Launches right from the Beach! (Night Launches are a MUST SEE)

From here, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away to Orlando to the Disney theme park, about 45 minutes away.

This home is located in the perfect place. We had the best time. Plenty of space to relax and have fun. The pool was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The house was clean and beautiful. It was in a great location right across the street from the beach. The restaurants were close too. Lisa was an amazing host, she responded quickly to our questions and made the stay comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great Split Unit

Amazing!!

We had a delightful visit to Florida and staying at this home was the key. The location is great, the home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. We really appreciated having everything we needed to have a fun day at the beach being included for us. The snack baskets, coffee bar and water were also a lifesaver to us until we got settled in.

Wonderful Property!!

I don’t usually write reviews but this property definitely deserves one. The accommodations were fabulous and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with our weekend stay! The house was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully, and the owners provided everything we needed from sunscreen to ziploc bags! The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the river for gorgeous sunset views. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

This property was absolute perfection! Beautiful living spaces, lots of amenities to make our grocery shopping easier, and a quick walk to the secluded beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home during our stay in Cocoa Beach. Lisa was easily reachable for any questions as well. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, yet it was just a quick walk/drive to lots of great restaurants in the area. Perfect spot amenities were over the top. You won’t be disappointed you rent this home

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had only one hiccup which was our stove but I got hold of the host and it was resolved. To get to the beach was a bit tricky the road to cross was busy and having to cross with your beach and other things was a bit difficult to resolve a collapsable wagon could have helped. But that was a very small issue. We LOVED our stay thank you😉

Amazing!!!

What an amazing place. Close to everything. Lisa was an amazing host. Easily reached if needed and she thinks of literally everything. From snacks and coffee to sunblock, beach chairs to boogie boards, this place has it all. Very nice, very clean. Was perfect for the family with the kids (teens) on one side and mom/dad on the other. Steps from the beach one way and the banana river the other way. Loved every minute and cannot wait to go back. Thank you Lisa.

Amazing place!

Took the risk of taking this rental with no reviews. Was definitely worth the risk and exceeded our expectations. The place was very clean and looked brand new. Had everything you could need and then some. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, and the electric scooters are a huge plus. They even had toiletries there for us which was nice because that meant one less thing to pack/worry about. Location is great with only a short walk(less than 1 min) to the beach, nice views of the river that is very close by too. The main strip was also only a short drive (5 min) and had a bunch of restaurants/bars/clubs. Price is great especially for what you get. We didn’t even utilize the other unit but it would be great for 2 couples or families. Lisa responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Incredible place in Cocoa Beach

We absolutely loved this place. They've thought of everything. We were able to have two different apartments for the two different families, some awesome furniture out on the patio to enjoy late into the evening with a fire pit, well stocked home and kitchen, great beds, very clean, no pet hair or anything like that, really close to the beach which was amazing It was an excellent location outside of the main hub but close enough to get to everything. They even had a skimboard which are really difficult to find. They really have made it a wonderful place. Highly recommend it. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we know where we're staying.

Cutest cottages

This is 2 separate units side by side. They are cute and clean and fully stocked. We were very impressed with all the amenities available and the overall cleanliness and comfort in both sides. You do have to cross a 4 lane road to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The beach is right across the street and it is clean and beautiful. We were able to walk to some good eateries. We will stay again!

Great location practically on the beach!

Lisa was a lovely host and the property was great. I had an issue with check-in, which was simply my own issue but Lisa was very quick to respond and assist.The property is great with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The road you have to cross to get to the beach access is very busy during the day and somewhat loud in the evening so if you are bothered by traffic noise, keep this in mind. We were not bothered by it and slept well. In addition, as noted in the listing, the building is essentially two separate apartments that are not joined by any interior doors. If you have small children that you want to stay in the other apartment, this may be bothersome to you. Our older daughter and son loved having their own space and thought they were so cool! There was a really nice selection of beach equipment, chairs, boogie boards, and a very nice cooler to use on the beach. My daughter has never been able to boogie board and she had a blast the one day learning. Thank you, Lisa, we enjoyed our stay!

Better than imagined

This adorable place was perfect for my group. We had two completely separate units for privacy at night, but could enjoy some time together before bed. It was well stocked with quality items. Comfy bed, plenty of linens and more amenities than what we had time to use. Very easy to access and a very thoughtfully prepared property for guest comforts. I would rebook again and again.
