We only stayed for one night but the location was great. There were plenty of dining options nearby and the area was quiet.

This place is clean but it’s nowhere close to a beach where you can lay out, and it’s over priced.

The room was perfect for a one night stay for one person. Very clean and just the right amount of supplies. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. It's not too far from the airport which is convenient, but the neighborhood is super busy so there is a lot of noise, mainly traffic. Not the fault of the owner, but keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a great place for a quick stay. Oh, and the ac is an added plus!
