Ocean Stone - amazing ocean views, minutes to sandy beaches

The Ocean Stone has incredible and panoramic ocean views from multiple rooms. The cottage is located in the very popular Sea View community and has access to a beautiful uncrowded beach just down Branders Shore Road - a quick drive or a lovely 15 min stroll away.

There are 3 bedrooms - a king with ensuite on the main floor and the second floor has a king bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 double beds. There are 2.5 baths.

The main floor with AC has a bright and open concept kitchen-dining-living area that overlooks the ocean from huge windows and patio doors. The beautiful coastal decor creates a very welcoming setting to enjoy your island vacation on the ocean. The living room offers comfortable furnishings and an electric fireplace while the dining table will easily accommodate 6-7 guests. The custom kitchen has a large island with seating for 3, gorgeous ocean views, plenty of prep space and quality appliances.

The main floor king bedroom is spacious and cozy. It has a smart TV, large closet and full en-suite. It also includes private access to the oceanside deck via patio doors. This floor is complete with a spacious entry, full laundry and a half bath in the foyer.

At the top of the second floor stairway you are nearly surrounded with ocean views. The sizable family room with vaulted ceiling opens onto the viewing/lounging deck where you can see the ocean and coastline for miles. The family room has comfortable furnishings, a little games table, large smart TV and AC.

The upper floor also accommodates the second king bedroom (complete with a smart TV) and the third bedroom with 2 double beds (also with a smart TV). A full bathroom is located just outside both bedrooms.

Two sides of the main floor have large decks with Adirondack seating (and a BBQ) that overlook the ocean and lead to a huge grass yard for safe and lots of play space. The stone bonfire pit is also located just off the deck on the ocean side. To the right of the main entry is the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. We also provide a beach wagon to make the trek to and fro easy breezy!

The Ocean Stone is complete with air conditioning in the main living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a propane BBQ, a picnic table and a bonfire pit.
