Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.

Central Park is a great retreat for the entire family including your four legged friend. The home and adjacent carriage house will comfortably sleep 13 with four large bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. Cozy up on the large wrap-around porch featuring infrared heaters, rocking and Adirondack chairs, while overlooking beautiful Crescent Park. At Crescent Park you can enjoy an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, and Fire Pits, which are great for making s’mores; much much more! Also make use of the wireless internet. It is just a short distance on the many walking paths and trails to the Front Street Market, other town merchants, and access to the beautiful beach with two streams flowing into the gently-sloped ocean.

This modern home with classic beach architecture has an open floor plan with the primary bedroom and private bath on the main level. Also on the main level is a mudroom, laundry sink, washer/dryer and half bath off the fully equipped kitchen. An expandable dining table seats up to 10 with more seating at the kitchen island. The living area includes a wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large media room allowing a separate entertainment area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, extra twin bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, desk and TV. The media room has a Smart TV, and a large comfortable sofa-sleeper. A full bath completes the upstairs amenities.

A carriage house includes a queen bed, full size sofa sleeper, bath/shower and mini-kitchen. A hot tub and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after hot-tubing or washing off sand from the beach are located between the house and garage. A natural gas-fired BBQ is just outside the kitchen door on the covered porch. A seating area with outdoor infrared heaters and a natural gas-fired BBQ is just outside the kitchen door on the covered porch.
The garage is equipped with a Level 2 charge, with a J1772 (standard plug) and Tesla adapter.

A lovely Christmas

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had an issue with the keypad that was quickly resolved. The only thing to note is that we thought the carriage house was ground level, but it’s above the garage. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were very pleased with our stay. Family getaway

The home suited our extended family of 10 quite well. The kitchen is well appointed and there were enough bathrooms for all of us. While there's no view, you can hear the ocean roar quite clearly and beach access is very close. It was a treat to be able to have our dog with us as well. I would say it sleeps 8 adults very comfortably as there are 4 bedrooms. If you have more in your party, I'd recommend bringing an air mattress over using the sofa beds. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Overall, had a great time. Home was great, hot tub was great, games in the garage were great, loved the home. Property was a little stepford wives-y, but all in all pretty cool! Biggest issue was right at the beginning. Check in was a mess, they had us waiting on the patio until 45 minutes after we were supposed to be able to check in because the cleaner wasn’t done yet. She seemed to be working hard, but there was another lady there that seemed to only be around to tell us we couldn’t go in and she was afraid of our dog. Other than the delay and that one awkward interaction, we had a good time!

Central Park Overpriced for the Quality of the Home

Seabrook is a very idealistic town. However, considering the price check in should have been on time and easy. The house was not ready at check in time and to make things worse the check in team couldn’t provide a time it would be ready. We had to sit in the check in office for 50 minutes. The carriage house was very musty, furniture is ripped and paint is in needed. To put this in perspective I’ve never given a poor review before this.
