Imagine your own little gem; a picture perfect studio perched near the North Alder Park courtyard; only a 5 minute walk to Seabrook’s heavenly beaches and everything else we love here so much. Whether you’re on your own or with another, you’ll find yourself comfortable in Cooking up Memories Guesthouse.

Stay connected with the high-speed internet or watch your favorite TV show on a rainy day. The kitchenette is complete with coffee pot, microwave, small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top and sink. There is a table for two, a beautiful 4 poster queen bed and 3/4 bathroom with shower.

There are barbeques (bring your own charcoals) conveniently located just outside at North Alder Park along with a fantastic outdoor fireplace (wood provided) to enjoy. Seabrook’s Crescent Park is a block away and has two community fire pits, with wood stocked by Seabrook. Also, at Crescent Park are various games including horseshoes, volleyball, and shuffleboard and don't forget your pool towels so you can enjoy the nearby indoor pool and spa!

As a Chef I found it funny I had not really put the two together. The name of this house and my occupation:) Perfectly located. Very nicely accessorized. Enjoy the great room feel of the first floor. I will be back.

Less than stellar

Check in was a let down. When they said checkin between 4-6 you should be able to go to your property anytime you arrive between 4-6. We were told we had to wait until 6. We were not the only people being told this. When we finally got to our property the windows were wide open, back door unlocked and kitchen floor unswept and kitchen table sticky. We were told we couldn’t check in because housekeeping wasn’t done. They were correct as we waited for nothing. The Mill Pub also understaffed and we did not get what we ordered for dinner although it was good. Tried again for breakfast and no service at all so we left. Sorry it’s not a great review but we expected more.
