Check-in through the Seabrook office was easy and fast. The home fit 2 families of 4 easily. The kids loved having their own space. This home is very close to both pools, the beach, and the restaurants in town. We lucked out with the weather in February with some sun and some snow! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!

The indoor pool was a little cleaner, though the deck should be cleaned every day underneath the couches when we had to look for something we’re a little dusty and maybe the furniture could be moved

Great house, Great place for Family Reunion

Very accommodating for families. Clean, cozy and well located. Bunk mattresses could use upgraded, and bring house slippers since no shoes preferred. Really loved the dining table and game room!

Everyone had a great time

Location is great, between beach and town. We had four 12YO boys and they all had a blast riding their bikes and scooters around town. Lovely property with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms on each floor.

Loved the location, next to gnome trail. The property could use better cleaning ( shampoo or replace carpets, handrails, walls particularly). And balconys quite weathered. That said, i would definitely return with the whole family.

The house was great for our family including two twin 2 yr old toddlers. The steps were a bit of a challenge but they had two baby gates there and I brought one of my own. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen with nice pans for both cooking and baking as well as plenty of silverware. Bring your own storage bowls with lids however for left overs. We did have challenges when we first arrived with the master bedroom main floor heater not working and the internet not working, but the maintenance came next day to help with this. I would have liked to have had someone after check in on the first day to come but hours for support are from 9-5 and we missed this window on the first day. The dishwasher stopped working the 2nd to the last day we where there and we did get service and eventually they decided to just bring a loaner dishwasher in, so that was a bit of a disruption but they responded pretty quickly to the situation. we loved the pools and parks for the kids and we also loved the pickle ball courts and ability to check out equipment. We had a great time!

End of summer saybrook stay

Great communication with property manager. This home is well furnished and supplied. Nice decor, hot tub and fireplace. Basement area smelled a little damp so humidifiers were brought in. Upstairs was very lovely, clean, super location with forest view/ close walk to beach.Nice stay and good memories made!

Was very nice overall. Although we wish the decks could have been swept off. The upstairs deck also wasn't cleaned. We found left over marijuana sitting on a chair. 2 partially smoked joints and one full joint still in the container. But inside was clean and tidy

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. The gnome trail to the beach & the many walking trails were favorites. Loved the big kitchen table that fit everyone. The downtown area was nice.
