Beautifully updated home in desirable Avenues!
RULES:
1. PREFERRED: No shoes indoors, so it does not scratch the floors.
2. No parties. Any neighbor complaints will result in reservation cancellation, no refund, & guests will be asked to leave.
3. No unauthorized guests.
4. Clean the grill after use.
5. Keep grill off the porch.
6. Separate trash & recycling.
7. No smoking inside, do not leave any cigarette buds on premise.
8. If leaving for an extended period, turn off thermostat.
9. No individuals above 100lbs on top bunkbed.
10. Upon departure:
a. Put dirty linen & towels in the hamper.
b. Return pillows in their designated area.
c. Discard any open food from the fridge upon departure.
d. Place all dirty dishes, utensils, cups in the dishwasher.
