This is a large house, only a short distance from Ocean Beach Park and it comes with two beach passes, chairs, and umbrellas which saves a substantial amount of money for guests visiting the beach.Some of the downstairs mattresses were foam so best for kids. The owner is extremely responsive, with good communication. We had some issues with cat hair on the couch upon arrival and he immediately arranged a cleaning crew to come over to remedy it as well as some thermostat AC control issues which he was able to manage.A group can have a good, fun beach vacation staying here.

Jose and Stefanie were great hosts. When we had an issue arise they were quick to fix it. The communication was great and the location of the property was perfect being so close to the beach.

We had a great stay in New London. The house was nice and in a good location. The school playground down the block was perfect for the kids when we wanted to get them out of the house for a few minutes.

Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful love how close we were to everything especially the beach,Mystic and Mohegan Sun. House big enough for everyone we had 11 people 5 being children and house was perfect. Owner was always in contact with us. Highly recommend staying here.

This property is just lovely. It served well our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room and great accomodations. The location is wonderful. Had a wonderful vacation. Very nice house. TV on deck was wonderful, be sure to cover it in case of rain!! Had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in shower!!!! Plenty of TP and Paper towels! Lot of amenities we havent seen before A Beach passes were a hugh plus, thank you!

Sisters' weekend!

A wonderful weekend celebrating our first sisters' weekend since before the pandemic. House was inviting, comfortable, fully stocked and the perfect location for us! It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We want to make this an annual event!
