I have been renting houses for 30 years and this was one of the cleanest places I have ever rented. It has everything you could want in a house. Great yard with wild turkeys morning and night. Would certainly rent this again.

Highly recommend this property! The property was exactly as described and was perfect for a long weekend for my daughter and I. The space is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The house was well-stocked with all of the necessities, plus extras - beach gear & bikes. The house is in a quiet, residential area, while still being close to shopping and the beach. The private backyard was perfect for early morning coffee and the soaking tub was the perfect way to end the day. Jason and Colleen were excellent hosts, very responsive, and they left a lovely welcome card.

Visiting family for Graduation

This place was a great home base for all of our activities for the long weekend. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a very long and stressful trip there and were very happy to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. Very nice surprise. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Very responsive. Would stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Pay attention that the bedroom descriptions say trundles. On the overview page it says; 2 twin bunk beds, 2 twins and 1 queen and 1 twin. But there is only one bunk bed, a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed, and a queen bed with a pull out trundle bed. Wish I would have noticed that. Had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements. Other than that it was a nice stay! Clean house, had all the extras we needed, and host communicated well!

We’re sorry the sleeping arrangements were not what you expected. Our detailed property description lists a queen bed with a twin trundle, a twin bed with a twin trundle, and one twin bunk bed. It appears that VRBO’s abbreviated overview may display the individual sleeping spaces in a way that is less clear than the full bedroom descriptions. To help prevent future confusion, we have now added detailed sleeping arrangement information for each bedroom in the “Rooms and Spaces” section on VRBO. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Our vacation in Niantic was wonderful because of this house and its owners, Jason and Colleen. I can't think of a single thing we needed that wasn't already provided.The kitchen is up-to-date and fully stocked and the back patio was perfect for relaxing and grilling. I miss sitting there in the morning and watching all the birds.The location is excellent too - you are a quick ride away from great restaurants, beaches, and adorable little villages. I wouldn't hesitate to book this pretty house again.
