About this property

Entire home for rent in a quiet family neighborhood in West Redding. Amazing views of the city from the back patio which includes a hot tub. Plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable! Separate office space available as well. We have beds for 6 with two air mattresses if you are paying for two more guests. The dining table pulls out to accomodate 8 and the table settings are for 8 as well.

The space
Property is very close to downtown, the city’s best parks, centrally located, and extremely close to Bethel Church.

The beautiful view with hot tub is one of the best parts of this home. The cozy nature of the inside and decor is also a huge positive.

Perfect for our group

Seven of us came over from the coast to compete in the Never Forgotten Games. With two each in two of the rooms, one person having their own room and two of us on the single blow up mattresses, it worked perfectly. When we got their it was nicely air conditioned. It had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The view of the town from the back patio was beautiful, and the patio seating was perfect for us to enjoy the evenings. The hosts communication was great and even checked on how our competition had gone in the Summer heat. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful 4th of July Getaway!

This was our first direct VRBO experience and had a wonderful staycation. Owners set the bar high! The house was very clean, open and airy, and exactly as shown in the listing with an unobstructed view from the backyard. We initially only planned an overnight stay near Burney Falls, but found this home to offer a more comfortable stay for our family of 6. The amenities and cleanliness was well worth the hour drive to see the falls! We decided to extend our getaway through 4th of July after seeing the photo of fireworks in the listing and getting prompt replies to my inquiries. Not only were we able to stay cool from the heatwave while waiting for the fireworks show put on by City of Redding, but we also only had a short walk to the right of the driveway to get an awesome view. Other highlights includes dining on the patio, enjoying the swing, lounging in the family room where we were able to login to our Netflix account and catch a couple of docuseries. Overall, we would highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway near Lake Shasta and Burney Falls but still want to feel at home.

Redding Granddaughters Visit

Loved, loved, loved the patio and really enjoyed hanging out on it after our days on the boat & dinner. The house is adorable and well kept. The owners were wonderful too! We will be back!

Great get away

Quick trip in Redding, but relaxing and clean home. The hosts were clear with their communication and even checked in on us during our short stay. Our only suggestion would be to replace the outdoor furniture cushions and add zero gravity or some type of reclining furniture to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space even more. We would be interested in staying again if we come back for another visit.
